Responsibilities:
As a Digital Consumer Engagement Expert, you will:
- Develop, deploy, and scale innovative engagement strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer loyalty through effective loyalty programs
- Drive improved customer retention by implementing strategies that reduce churn rates
- Foster increased customer engagement through personalized experiences and memorable interactions
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies and product development initiatives
- Leverage loyalty programs to maintain a competitive advantage and drive revenue growth
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A background in Digital and FMCG/Retail, with a strong understanding of omni-channel marketing
- Proven product ownership experience, demonstrating the ability to deliver successful outcomes
- Expertise in B2C communication practices for FMCG/Retail industries
- Proficiency in leveraging analytics and transactional data for digital marketing purposes
- Outstanding organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- Adaptability and innovation, with the ability to navigate new business models and strategies
- Fluency in English, with a collaborative and proactive attitude towards achieving business objectives.
